“Brian McLaren Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TheOOZE.TV (“Sponsor”).

Grand Prize – Host a 90 min Live Learning Party with Brian McLaren! You and 8 friends will each receive an autographed copy of “A New Kind of Christianity” AND have 90 mins to meet, learn, question and share with Brian what you’re learning via a live Skype call.

2nd Prize – Host a 60 min Live Learning Party with Brian McLaren! You and 8 friends will have 60 mins to meet, learn, question and share with Brian what you’re learning via a live Skype call. No books included.

3rd Prize – Host a 30 min Live Learning Party with Brian McLaren! You and 8 friends will have 30 mins to meet, learn, question and share with Brian what you’re learning via a live Skype call. No books included.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A “GROUP” SWEEPSTAKES: INVITE AS MANY FRIENDS AS YOU WISH. THE FIRST EIGHT (8) FRIENDS THAT ACCEPT YOUR INVITE WILL QUALIFY YOUR GROUP ENTRY.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of TheOOZE.TV or .com. and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and grandparents), and those living with any of the foregoing are not eligible.

TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. To enter, you must complete the required entry form on the Wildfire widget, which is located on TheOOZE.TV Fanpage Page on Facebook or TheOOZE.tv/brian, between February 9, 2010 and April 27, 2010 (the “Contest Period”). You must recruit at LEAST eight (8) of your friends to be eligible to win the group prize. If any dispute arises concerning the identity of an entrant, the owner of the Facebook account (owner of email registered with Facebook) shall be deemed the entrant.

DEADLINE: You and your eight (8) friends must enter/respond to the TheOOZE.TV – “Brian McLaren Sweepstakes” by Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 11:59pm (PDT) to be considered. Sweepstakes Starts – February 09, 2010 at 12:01 am (PST), Sweepstakes Ends – April 27, 2010 at 11:59 pm (PDT).

WINNER SELECTION: After 11:59 p.m. (PDT) on April 27, 2010, the end of the Contest Period, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted under Sponsor’s supervision. Potential winners will be notified the day after they win via an email (through the email address they provided in the entry form) from an employee of TheOOZE.TV and will have 24 hours to confirm their eligibility. Any potential winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. If a selected winner is ineligible, declines the prize, or if TheOOZE.TV is unable to make contact with a selected winner after reasonable effort and time (72 hours), the prize shall be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by another randomized selection from all remaining entries.

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within 10 days after winner verification (scheduling of the Skype conference call will be started and a time and day will be agreed upon by both parties). No prize substitution or transfer is permitted. All taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of each winner.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: Entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information for print publication, online posting, and any other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of prizes, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired or if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Sponsor. In such event, winners will be selected from all valid entries received up to that point in time. Sponsor is not liable for lost, stolen, misdirected or late entries.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees and you hereby waive all right to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the prizes, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the contest, Coupon Sense reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the contest or any portion of the contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST.
